My work sits at the intersection of people, systems, data, and the questions that help them work better.
I started my career in customer service, where I learned the value of listening carefully, communicating clearly, and making sure people feel supported. That experience remains part of how I work today—and customer service is also a skill I offer through practical support, process improvement, and thoughtful systems.
Before creating Black Jaguar, I spent years turning complex operational and financial data into clear reports, dashboards, and decisions for global organizations. Today, I’m continuing that path through cybersecurity study, technical research, and hands-on learning.
Outside my professional career, I’m a badminton fanatic, currently playing around Warsaw, Poland. If I’m not diagnosing systems, I’m diagnosing my game—looking for the next adjustment, the next lesson, and the next small improvement. I believe in constant improvement, both on and off the court.
